Itโs Official: Nvidia and AMD Will Pay the US

Learn from this investorโs $100m mistake
In 2010, a Grammy-winning artist passed on investing $200K in an emerging real estate disruptor. That stake could be worth $100+ million today.
One year later, another real estate disruptor, Zillow, went public. This time, everyday investors had regrets, missing pre-IPO gains.
Now, a new real estate innovator, Pacaso โ founded by a former Zillow exec โ is disrupting a $1.3T market. And unlike the others, you can invest in Pacaso as a private company.
Pacasoโs co-ownership model has generated $1B+ in luxury home sales and service fees, earned $110M+ in gross profits to date, and received backing from the same VCs behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.

Cost of Raising a Child in 2025
Raising a child in 2025 is costly, with estimates ranging from $241,106 to $513,722 to age 17, excluding college, based on U.S. Department of Agriculture data adjusted for inflation.
The "Trump Accounts" initiative, providing $1,000 for newborns (accessible at 18), barely dents these expenses. Costs vary by income and region, with the Northeast being priciest.
Key expenses include:
housing (29%)
food (18%)
child care (16%)
transportation (15%).
Child care alone can consume 22% of household income, with weekly daycare costs averaging $343-$827.
Parents can save by leveraging free babysitting from family, choosing affordable housing, or buying secondhand. Teens working part-time can offset discretionary costs. Prospective parents should consult local families for realistic budgeting, as costs depend heavily on lifestyle choices.
