U.S.-China Trade Deal Optimism

President Donald Trump, speaking from Air Force One on route to Japan, announced progress toward a trade agreement with China ahead of his meeting with President Xi Jinping in South Korea. He also hinted at a possible TikTok deal resolution by Thursday.

In Japan, Trump will meet Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi before attending the APEC summit. U.S. and Chinese negotiators, meeting on the sidelines of the ASEAN summit, reached a preliminary framework addressing export controls, fentanyl, and shipping fees.

U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent indicated Trump’s threatened 100% tariffs on China are likely off the table, with China potentially resuming U.S. soybean purchases and delaying rare earth export controls. This caused rare earth stocks to fall.

Most gutter guards promise the world but still leave you climbing ladders to clear debris.
LeafGuard takes a completely different approach—instead of adding another layer to your existing gutters, they replace your entire system with a one-piece design that's engineered so debris never gets inside.
The science is pretty straightforward: water follows the curved hood into the gutter using liquid adhesion, while leaves, pine needles, and debris roll right off. No joints mean no leaks, and the aluminum is 20% thicker than standard gutters. With over 650,000 ladder-related injuries happening annually, eliminating gutter maintenance isn't just convenient—it's smart.
