BOXABL believes they have the potential to disrupt a massive and outdated trillion-dollar building construction market by bringing assembly line automation to the home industry.

BOXABL homes are built in their Las Vegas factory, folded, shipped on a truck, and then unfolded on site in one hour. They aim to transform home construction, much like how Henry Ford automated car manufacturing – bringing assembly line efficiency and mass production to an artisanal, slow industry.

And they're not just dreaming big; they're delivering:

  • Initial prototype order delivered to SpaceX in 2020.

  •  Subsequent project order of 156 homes from the Department of Defense completed in 2021.

  • Now, after implementing what was learned from those prior orders, actively delivering to developers and consumers.

  • BOXABL reserved Nasdaq ticker symbol $BXBL*!

Tesla Launches Robotaxi in Austin Amid New Regulations

Tesla rolled out its first driverless robotaxis in Austin on June 22, 2025, charging $4.20 per ride via a new app.

About 10 Model Ys operate in a limited South Congress loop with safety monitors onboard.

Unlike rivals Waymo and Zoox, Tesla relies solely on cameras, raising concerns about performance in adverse conditions.

Texas introduced a permit requirement for Level 4 autonomous vehicles, effective September 1, shifting from its prior no-regulation stance. Analysts see this pilot as critical for Tesla’s valuation, but scaling up will take years.

Morning Download picks top 2025 stocks

Our team has identified top names that are likely to give returns in 2025:

  • McDonald’s: Up 10% YTD, we think McDonald's still has great potential. The stock is about 13% below its 52-week high. The stock is known for being resilient during downturns and has a solid yield that keeps people interested.

  • Uber: Uber has a lot to offer, including great growth. Despite increasing competition from the likes of Tesla, it is still going strong and enjoys great margins.

  • Netflix: This may come as a surprise, but we see Netflix offering great returns (about 10%) this year despite a great performance so far. Its ad-supported plans are growing and now with sports in its arsenal, more growth is expected.

  • Amazon: Amazon suffered due to tariffs and is still in the red but we believe that the company will overcome the odds and come back roaring, especially since it is reporting great AWS numbers.

  • Eli Lilly: The consensus 12-month price target for Eli Lilly (LLY) stock is around $1,011 but we expect it to remain under $1,000 this year but grow substantially from the current price of $762. However, medical companies can be quite risky to invest in, but diversification can help your portfolio.
