How 433 Investors Unlocked 400X Return Potential
Institutional investors back startups to unlock outsized returns. Regular investors have to wait. But not anymore. Thanks to regulatory updates, some companies are doing things differently.
Take Revolut. In 2016, 433 regular people invested an average of $2,730. Today? They got a 400X buyout offer from the company, as Revolut’s valuation increased 89,900% in the same timeframe.
Founded by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso’s co-ownership tech reshapes the $1.3T vacation home market. They’ve earned $110M+ in gross profit to date, including 41% YoY growth in 2024 alone. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
The same institutional investors behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay backed Pacaso. And you can join them. But not for long. Pacaso’s investment opportunity ends September 18.

Apple’s Big Event: iPhone 17 and Beyond
Apple’s September 9, 2025, event is set to unveil the iPhone 17 and a slimmer “iPhone Air,” marking the first major redesign since the iPhone X in 2017.
The iPhone Air aims to diversify Apple’s lineup, but analysts note it may not lead the iPhone’s future. With iPhone sales steady but upgrades slowing, Apple faces pressure to innovate. Unlike rivals Samsung and Google, which emphasize AI, Apple’s AI push, including an advanced Siri, is delayed. Instead, the focus will likely be on hardware improvements like battery life and camera quality.
Tariffs could drive iPhone price hikes, with analysts predicting Apple may cut lower storage options to offset costs. The iPhone Air might compromise on features, like having a single camera, and faces competition from Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge. Despite these challenges, Apple’s strong brand and 15.7% global smartphone market share give it an edge.
Good to know: Tesla shareholders unveiled a new pay package Friday for shareholders to consider that could give Musk up to 423.7 million additional shares of Tesla stock in the next decade. Check this CNN article for more on why.
Reminder: AppLovin, Emcor, and Robinhood will join the S&P 500 index on September 22. The three companies will replace MarketAxess Holdings Inc, Caesars Entertainment Inc. and Enphase Energy Inc.
